The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for the Volvo S80. The kit includes a 356mm x 32mm two-piece rotor with an 8-piston caliper system. Constructed from aircraft-grade billet aluminum, the one-piece calipers are exceptionally lightweight yet incredibly strong, minimizing the risk of fracturing or warping. The two-piece rotor design offers further benefits, including reduced rotational mass for quicker response and independent expansion/contraction to minimize warping. This kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. Buyers can also choose from a wide array of caliper colors, including standard options like Orange, Red, and Black, as well as premium finishes like High Polish Silver, Gold, Titanium, and various Glassy/Hard Anodized colors. Additional customization is possible through center bell upgrades, such as Titanium or twin-color anodized options. Included in the standard kit are cross-drilled rotors, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for improved pedal response and feel, and CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment.
