The Ksport Procomp 4 Piston 330mm Rear Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to significantly enhance brake power, particularly under sustained high-heat conditions. The calipers are constructed from a 1-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight yet unparalleled strength and resistance to corrosion. They feature aluminum pistons that offer superior heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operation. The opposed piston design of the calipers is crucial for improving pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components. This kit utilizes two-piece rotors, which reduce both rotating and unsprung weight while effectively managing thermal stresses to prevent warping and maintain the braking surface integrity. Buyers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; slotted is recommended for track use due to better heat dissipation, while cross-drilled is suggested for daily driven vehicles for cooler operation.
