Description

The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit provides a substantial upgrade in stopping power for your vehicle, specifically for the rear application. The caliper, a ProComp 4-piston model finished in a striking red, is crafted from aircraft-quality billet and features differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel wear plates. Its opposed-piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity. The kit includes 356mm (14-inch) 2-piece floating cross-drilled rotors. The floating design helps manage thermal stresses, reducing the risk of warping, while the cross-drilled pattern promotes cooler rotor temperatures, making it ideal for daily driven vehicles. The stainless steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure, ensuring a firm pedal feel. This specific kit is designed for the 1993-1997 Honda Civic Del Sol. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles, whereas slotted rotors are better suited for vehicles seeing more track use.
