The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on rear brake upgrade. It is designed to enhance brake power under sustained high-heat conditions and features 4-piston calipers. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance, with aluminum pistons for improved heat management. This kit includes two-piece rotors and SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, suitable for street and occasional track use.

The calipers are precision-machined from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. They feature aluminum pistons for superior heat dissipation and reliable operation. Included in the kit are SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days. These pads are formulated to reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads, while also minimizing noise and rotor wear. They operate effectively within a temperature range of 194°F to 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by preventing expansion under pressure. Ksport offers customization options for the calipers, including standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish finishes and custom color options. The rotors can also be specified as either cross-drilled (recommended for daily drivers for better cooling) or slotted (recommended for track use). Caliper brackets are CNC machined from carbon steel to facilitate direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper bracket locations. This kit is specifically designed for the 2010-2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i models. Please note that Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks.
