The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power for your 1983-1985 Audi Quattro. The kit includes a lightweight, 6-piston ProComp caliper finished in red, paired with 286mm (11-inch) drilled rotors. The caliper itself is machined from aircraft-quality billet and features a differential bore configuration. It incorporates aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. The kit also includes stainless steel brake lines to prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent pedal feel. This kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which helps reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. This design also mitigates thermal stress from extreme heat, preventing warping and cupping of the braking surface.
