The Ksport Procomp 8 Piston Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to significantly enhance brake power, especially under sustained high-heat conditions. The kit utilizes 1-piece forged aluminum calipers with opposed pistons, which improve pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. These calipers feature aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and uncompromised operation. The Procomp system includes 356mm (14-inch) two-piece slotted rotors designed for a balance of track performance and comfortable daily driving. Complementing the calipers and rotors are CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that ensure proper bolt-up to the OEM caliper bracket location. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Brake Pads, formulated for optimal braking performance in street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker pedal response by preventing line expansion under pressure. This specific kit is designed for the front of the BMW 3 Series E46 models from 1999 to 2005, including the 318, 320, 323, 325, and 328 variants.
