Each caliper is constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant component. The calipers utilize aluminum pistons, which provide superior heat resistance compared to standard materials, ensuring uncompromised operation even under demanding conditions. Key features of this front big brake kit include 8-piston calipers and 356mm (14-inch) diameter, two-piece slotted rotors. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Brake Pads, offering a balance of performance for street use and occasional track days, with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, improving pedal response and feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. The standard kit includes (2) forged monoblock aluminum calipers, (2) lightweight two-piece slotted rotors, a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, (2) stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware.
