The Ksport Procomp 8-Piston Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade to your vehicle's braking system, engineered for enhanced stopping power under demanding conditions. Crafted from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the 1-piece caliper construction ensures lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, while the aluminum pistons contribute to superior heat management and reliable operation. These 8-pot calipers are standard on 13" and 14" Procomp systems, providing increased rigidity and improved pad wear compared to OEM designs. Customizable rotor options include Cross Drilled (recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation) and Slotted (recommended for track use). The included SC5 Street Pads are made from NAOC Ceramic material, offering optimal performance between 194°F - 1022°F, with a significant reduction in brake dust (50%+) and noise compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Carbon Steel caliper brackets are included to facilitate direct bolt-on mounting to OEM caliper bracket locations, accommodating the larger calipers.
