Description

The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit BKMZ260-841CO is engineered to deliver superior stopping power for your 2011-2014 Mazda 2. This kit integrates new brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool the brake pad surface under braking. The kit features a lightweight, forged one-piece caliper machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighing just over 5lbs. This caliper comes in a differential bore configuration and includes features like machined-in protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity, while the included stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This specific kit includes 356mm (14-inch) diameter rotors that are cross-drilled, a style recommended for daily driven vehicles as it tends to run cooler than slotted rotors. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance.
