This front kit includes a lightweight, aircraft-quality billet caliper with a differential bore configuration, weighing just over 5 lbs. The caliper features aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel wear plates, while the opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity. The kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly with a unique slot design to reduce weight, minimize thermal stress, and improve cooling and gas/debris expulsion. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles seeing more track use than daily driving. This specific kit, part number BKTY720-841SO, is designed for the 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra. It incorporates new brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool the brake pads during braking. The stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure.
