Procomp Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated bolt-on system builds upon the benefits of the Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering. Construction of the calipers involves a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and superior resistance to corrosion. The calipers also feature aluminum pistons, which offer improved heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operation under demanding conditions. Carbon steel caliper brackets, CNC machined for precision, facilitate a direct bolt-on installation to the vehicle's OEM caliper bracket location. The kit utilizes a floating two-piece rotor design, allowing the outer section to adjust for better self-centering, which reduces brake drag and optimizes performance through more consistent application. Included with the Supercomp kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads. These pads are formulated to provide optimal braking performance for both street driving and occasional track use. They significantly reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads and minimize noise and rotor wear, with optimal operating temperatures between 194°F and 1022°F. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, preventing hose expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their superior cooling, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles seeing more track time. The kit is built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. This kit is compatible with select Mercedes-Benz CLS models from 2011-2014, including CLS350, CLS500, CLS550 4Matic, and CLS63 AMG trims.
