Overview

This kit features larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads than standard Procomp kits, along with increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for improved self-centering.

The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance, and feature aluminum pistons for better heat management. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to allow for direct bolt-on installation to OEM locations. It also comes with NAOC Ceramic pads for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included for a quicker pedal response.

This sophisticated, bolt-on system surpasses the Procomp kit with its larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count. Standard on the Supercomp kit are full-floating rotors that enhance performance through better self-centering within the caliper, reducing brake drag and ensuring more even pad application. Construction highlights include one-piece forged calipers made from aircraft-grade aluminum, providing exceptional lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. These calipers utilize aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance compared to other materials. For optimal braking performance under street and occasional track conditions, the kit includes SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, which significantly reduce brake dust and noise while minimizing rotor wear. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are a standard inclusion, offering improved pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by eliminating line expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their superior cooling, while slotted rotors are better suited for track applications.
