The Ksport Supercomp 4 Piston Rear Big Brake Kit is a performance upgrade designed for the Volkswagen Golf MK4 1998-2005 (1.8T model). It provides significant stopping power and reduced brake fade. This kit features 356mm (14-inch) slotted, two-piece floating rotors and 4-piston calipers. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum for strength and light weight, with aluminum pistons for heat resistance. It includes DOT-compliant stainless steel braided brake lines and SC5 Street Brake Pads.

This sophisticated, bolt-on system installs without requiring any modifications to your vehicle. It builds upon the features of the Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count for enhanced performance. Standard full-floating rotors are included to ensure better self-centering within the caliper, leading to reduced brake drag and more consistent pad application. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, utilizing a one-piece forged design for exceptional lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. These calipers also feature aluminum pistons for superior heat management. For customization and optimal performance, the kit offers slotted or cross-drilled rotors, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily drivers.
