The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide the ultimate stopping power for your Ferrari F430. The kit's design actively cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during braking. The extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, weighing just over 5lbs. It features a differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications also feature a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses that can cause warping. Ksport's unique slot design on the rotor effectively reduces braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. While cross-drilled rotors offer cooler running temperatures and are recommended for daily drivers, the slotted rotors included in this kit are recommended for vehicles that see more track use.
