Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, as well as stainless steel brake lines that resist expansion for a firmer pedal feel. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly designed to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses that can cause warping. The unique slot design on the rotors helps expel gas and debris more efficiently and reduces braking noise. For daily drivers, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are suggested for track use. The kit includes 6-piston calipers and 286mm slotted rotors.
