Overview

All calipers feature 1-piece construction from a solid billet of aircraft grade aluminum for lightweight, unparalleled strength and freedom from corrosion. Calipers also feature aluminum pistons that provide better heat resistance and uncompromised operation.

The Procomp systems feature two-piece rotors for light weight, fade-free performance, and effective grip. Customers can choose between slotted rotors for track use or cross-drilled rotors for daily driven vehicles. D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel.

Show original supplier description

Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the 1-piece caliper boasts lightweight, unparalleled strength, and corrosion resistance. It features aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and opposing piston design for improved pad wear and caliper rigidity. The kit includes two-piece rotors available in slotted or cross-drilled options, catering to different driving needs – slotted for track use and cross-drilled for daily driving due to better cooling. Standard D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines offer improved pedal response and feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Ksport utilizes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure a direct fit onto the OEM caliper bracket location, accommodating the larger calipers. The included SC5 Street Pads provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Customization options for caliper colors and finishes are also available to match aesthetic preferences. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The fitment list includes specific models such as the 1992 and 1990 Volkswagen Corrado G60, with a broad compatibility range for many other vehicles. Fitment should be confirmed using the search bar if not explicitly listed.
