The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your Audi Q7 (2007-2009). This kit features robust 8-piston calipers with 356x32mm drilled and slotted rotors. The calipers are forged from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons offer superior heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operation. The opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear, while high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The two-piece rotor design contributes to lightweight, fade-free performance. The design allows for independent expansion and contraction of rotor sections, reducing warping from heat. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for track use to manage heat and gases. Included are SC5 Street Pads for optimal street and occasional track performance with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit also features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate expansion under pressure for a firmer pedal feel and quicker response.
