The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide the ultimate in stopping power for your BMW E30 3-Series. Constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, the one-piece forged calipers are incredibly lightweight yet exceptionally strong, eliminating weak spots that can lead to failure. The calipers feature aluminum pistons protected by heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and resistance to corrosion. An opposed-piston design promotes consistent brake pad grip and wear, while high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The kit utilizes a two-piece rotor design that contributes to lightweight, fade-free performance. The center sections, made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduce rotational mass for quicker stopping and improved brake response. This design also minimizes rotor warping due to heat expansion, and the aluminum center sections act as effective heat sinks. The kit includes 330x32mm cross-drilled rotors and street pads, with options to upgrade to race pads and various caliper colors or center bell finishes.
