The opposed-piston design promotes even brake pad grip and wear, while high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard features. The two-piece rotor design contributes to a lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip. The center sections, made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduce rotational mass for quicker stopping response. This design also minimizes the risk of rotor warping due to heat buildup and acts as an effective heat sink. The kit includes cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler than slotted rotors. This product is made to order, and ETA will be provided once the order is submitted to the supplier. It is also non-refundable. Customization options include various caliper colors, street or race pads, and center bell upgrades. The kit comes with SC5 Street Pads, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, offering quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel over stock rubber lines.
