The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W220 S 55 AMG. This sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade enhances brake power under sustained high-heat conditions, providing a significant improvement over stock brake systems. Constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum, the one-piece forged calipers are exceptionally lightweight and strong, eliminating weak spots common in cast or welded designs. An opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear, while high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The kit features two-piece, 356mm x 32mm rotors designed for lightweight, fade-free performance and comfortable operation. The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections reduce rotational mass for quicker brake response. Cross-drilled rotors are included, recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors. Stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, offering improved pedal response and a firmer feel by eliminating expansion under pressure. This big brake kit is made to order and is non-refundable. It comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal performance for street use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. Various caliper color options and center bell upgrades are also available for customization.
