The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W211 E-Class. The calipers are constructed from a single billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet exceptionally strong and corrosion-resistant component. Unlike cast or welded calipers, this one-piece forged design eliminates weak spots, preventing fracturing, warpage, and eventual failure. The caliper pistons are made from aluminum and protected by heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and preventing drag. An opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear. The lightweight center sections, crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduce rotational mass for quicker wheel response and improved braking sensitivity. The two-piece design allows the outer rotor to expand and contract independently, minimizing the risk of warping due to heat buildup. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they dissipate heat more effectively than slotted rotors. Stainless steel braided brake lines are included, which eliminate line expansion under pressure for a firmer pedal feel and quicker response compared to stock rubber lines. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering good performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for dedicated track use. This product is made to order, and an estimated delivery time will be provided after the order is submitted.
