ProComp Plus Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the benefits of the Procomp system but incorporates larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, alongside an increased number of pistons. Standard full-floating rotors are included, which aid in better self-centering within the caliper, reducing brake drag and improving performance through more consistent application. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers are exceptionally lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion. Complementing the calipers are CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets, which ensure a direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper bracket locations despite the larger size of the Ksport calipers. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use. These pads are designed to reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads, while also minimizing noise and rotor wear. Additionally, D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, which prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles intended for more track use.
