This kit is specifically designed for the Mercedes Benz W203 C-Class, featuring a 304x28mm two-piece rotor design for reduced weight and improved fade resistance during demanding use. Constructed with a lightweight, forged one-piece caliper from aerospace-quality aluminum, this kit ensures exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. The calipers utilize aluminum pistons with high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates for durability. The two-piece rotor design, with center sections made from 6061-T6 aluminum, offers lower rotational mass and allows for independent expansion and contraction to minimize warping. Cross-drilled rotors are included, recommended for daily drivers due to their cooler operating temperatures and ability to refresh the pad surface. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. For more intense track driving, an upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available. The kit also comes with D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which improve pedal response and feel by preventing expansion under pressure.
