The Ksport Procomp Rear Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide a significant upgrade in stopping power for your Mercedes-Benz W204 C63 AMG. The kit includes all necessary components: replacement calipers, two-piece rotors (330mm x 32mm), brake pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines, and associated hardware. Constructed with a focus on strength and weight reduction, the one-piece forged calipers are machined from aerospace-quality aluminum. This monolithic construction eliminates weak points found in cast or welded calipers, preventing fracturing and warpage. The calipers feature aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high temperatures, ensuring consistent operation without drag. The opposed-piston design guarantees even brake pad wear. This reduces rotational mass, making wheels easier to stop and improving brake response. The design allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors and offer increased "bite" while refreshing the pad surface. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles with more track use. This kit includes Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The system also features CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for a direct bolt-on installation to OEM locations. Customization options include a wide range of caliper colors, from standard painted finishes to premium high-polish and custom anodized options, as well as optional titanium center bells and hardware.
