The Ksport Procomp Rear Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated, bolt-on brake upgrade designed to significantly enhance stopping power, particularly under sustained high-heat conditions for your Mercedes-Benz W203 C-Class. Constructed with lightweight, forged one-piece calipers made from aerospace-quality aluminum, this kit offers unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance. The calipers feature an opposed-piston design for consistent brake pad wear and grip, and are equipped with high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. Center sections are crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, acting as effective heat sinks. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are suggested for more track-focused use to help manage heat and clear away gases. This kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track conditions with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent hose expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Customization options are available for caliper color, including standard painted colors and premium high-polish finishes, as well as an option to upgrade to a Titanium Center Bell and Hardware or Twin Color Anodized Center Bells.
