This component features a full 3" diameter, free-flowing piping that incorporates a generously sized 5" 200CPSI high-flow catalytic converter. This design is optimized to support significant power increases, including hybrid and larger turbocharger setups, while the specialized precious metal coating aims to help meet emissions requirements and prevent check engine lights. Manufacturing quality is a key focus, with the downpipe constructed from premium T304L stainless steel. It is hand TIG welded for a seamless, leak-free build and features investment casting for smooth exhaust gas transitions. An OEM-style flex section is integrated to ensure extreme long-life reliability under demanding conditions. The average installation time is estimated at 2-3 hours. Advanced 3D scanning and software were utilized to ensure precise fitment, maximizing the downpipe size for optimal flow while maintaining a factory-like installation.
