ProCore Downpipe

The Integrated Engineering ProCore Downpipe is engineered to deliver an improved exhaust note and a massive increase in exhaust flow for the Audi B9 A4 and A5. Its in-house-designed 4.75" 200 CPI catalytic converter is coated with rare and precious metals to clean and limit emissions, aligning with factory ECU requirements and preventing a check engine light. The ProCore Catalyst's specialized coating filters exhaust gases efficiently, allowing it to pass vehicle readiness monitors. This design ensures long-life reliability and enables significant power gains, supporting Stage 2 tuning and hybrid turbochargers. The stock B9 2.0T downpipe is a major restriction for upgrades beyond Stage 1, and this ProCore downpipe offers a direct fit to stock and hybrid turbos, as well as the stock or iE A4 Catback Exhaust System, unlocking full horsepower and torque potential. Dyno testing in controlled conditions on a Stage 2 equipped B9 A4, featuring an iE Intake System, iE FDS Intercooler, and Stage 2 tune, showed consistent power gains of up to 126 HP and 183 torque over stock. Installation is designed to be hassle-free and DIY-friendly, with an average installation time of 2-3 hours and no cutting, welding, or permanent modifications required. This downpipe is compatible with 2017-2020 Audi A4 and A5 (B9/B9.5) models.
