Description

The Fuelab 42401 Prodigy Variable Speed Brushless Fuel Pump is engineered to deliver exceptional performance for high-horsepower applications. It boasts a robust flow rate of 210 gph (795 lph) and can operate at a maximum pressure of 125 psi, making it capable of supporting up to 1900 horsepower. This pump operates on a versatile 12-24V system and is designed to function without the need for additional voltage regulators or pump controllers. Installation considerations include minimizing plumbing restrictions between the fuel tank and the pump. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use -10AN (5/8”) to -12AN (3/4”) lines as required by the flow demands. The product is an electric external fuel pump and does not include a fuel pressure regulator or sending unit. User reports indicate that the 42401 model can support approximately 900rwhp and up to 1300rwhp on E85 at 80psi of fuel pressure, though some users have noted the pump can be a bit loud.
