The ProFlex Commander adaptive flex fuel system is designed for BMW E46 330i, 330ci, and 330xi vehicles equipped with the M54 engine. This system enables drivers to utilize E85 fuel, leading to increased power and improved engine cooling. It is a complete, plug-and-play solution that requires no additional tuning and can be installed with common tools in under an hour. Key features include patented BlendSense™ technology with a rapid 30-millisecond refresh rate for real-time fuel blend adjustments, allowing seamless switching between gasoline and E85. The system also offers improved injector management, contributing to more power on both fuel types. It is dyno-proven to provide 7-10% more wheel horsepower and torque on E85. The ProFlex Commander is compatible with existing stock or performance tunes and automatically adapts to any changes. Additional benefits include cleaner emissions, cooler cylinder, oil, and coolant temperatures, and access to high-octane, lower-cost race fuel at the pump. It is also compatible with common power adders and bolt-on modifications. For those with stock or lightly modified vehicles and factory fuel injectors, the Standard Commander is recommended. For high-performance builds with upgraded fuel systems, aftermarket forced induction (supercharger or turbo), or larger fuel injectors (600cc/60 lb/hr or bigger), the Commander Pro is the suitable option. The system includes a ProFlex Connect app that displays real-time ethanol content via Bluetooth on iPhone or Android devices.
