ProFlex Commander Adaptive Flex Fuel System

The Advanced Fuel Dynamics ProFlex Commander is a patented adaptive flex fuel system engineered for 2015-up Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcat, Redeye, and Demon vehicles equipped with the 6.2L Hemi engine. It enables the use of E85 fuel, providing a straightforward path to enhanced power and cooler engine operation. Key features include patented BlendSense™ technology with a 30-millisecond refresh rate for real-time adjustment, improved injector management for increased power on both gas and E85, and the ability to switch between fuels at any time. Users can expect 7-10% more wheel horsepower and torque when running E85, as confirmed by dyno testing. The system also contributes to cleaner emissions and reduced cylinder, oil, and coolant temperatures. An included ProFlex Connect app offers real-time ethanol content monitoring via Bluetooth on iPhone and Android devices, and Cold Start Plus™ technology improves fuel atomization for easier cold-weather starting. The Commander system offers two options: the Standard Commander, ideal for stock or lightly modified vehicles with factory fuel injectors and naturally aspirated setups, and the Commander Pro, designed for high-performance builds with aftermarket forced induction or larger fuel injectors (600cc/60 lb/hr or bigger). The choice between a Standard or E-Sense fuel sensor also depends on the vehicle's fuel system modifications, with the E-Sense offering higher flow capacity and fuel temperature monitoring for more extreme builds. It is important to note that Hellcat owners with existing power modifications may require upgraded injectors to safely run full E85. The ProFlex Commander is backed by a limited 12-month warranty.
