ProFlex Commander E85 Flex Fuel System

The Advanced ProFlex Commander is an adaptive flex fuel system engineered for the BMW E90/E91/E92/E93 328i models equipped with the N52 engine. This system enables users to harness the power and cooling benefits of E85 fuel. It provides a true plug-and-play solution, allowing for seamless transitions between gasoline and ethanol, and can be installed in about an hour with common tools, requiring no tuning. The ProFlex Commander system includes everything needed to run E85, featuring patented BlendSense™ technology with a 30-millisecond refresh rate for real-time adjustments. It enhances injector management for improved power on both gas and E85, with dyno-proven gains of 7-10% more wheel horsepower and torque on E85. The system is compatible with stock or performance gas tunes and instantly adapts to new tunes. Additionally, it contributes to cleaner emissions and lower cylinder, oil, and coolant temperatures. The ProFlex Connect app offers real-time ethanol content monitoring via Bluetooth for iPhone and Android devices, and Cold Start Plus™ technology improves fuel atomization for easier cold weather starting. For stock or lightly modified vehicles with factory fuel injectors and naturally aspirated setups, the Standard Commander is recommended. It offers seamless flex-fuel performance ideal for street-driven vehicles. For high-performance builds featuring aftermarket forced induction (supercharger or turbo) or larger fuel injectors (600cc/60 lb/hr or bigger), the Commander Pro is the appropriate choice, offering more precise injector management.
