ProFlex Commander Flex Fuel System

The Advanced Fuel Dynamics ProFlex Commander adaptive flex fuel system is engineered to enhance the performance of your BMW E90/E91/E92/E93 328i (N52 engine). This complete system enables you to run E85 fuel, unlocking potential for greater power output and improved engine cooling. Its patented BlendSense™ technology offers real-time adjustments with a 30-millisecond refresh rate, ensuring seamless transitions between gasoline and ethanol. It is compatible with stock or performance gas tunes and adapts instantly to new tunes. This ProFlex Commander system provides a 7-10% increase in wheel horsepower and torque when running on E85, as proven by dyno testing. It features improved injector management, cleaner emissions, and cooler cylinder, oil, and coolant temperatures. The accompanying ProFlex Connect app, available for iPhone or Android, utilizes Bluetooth to display accurate, real-time ethanol content. Additionally, the Cold Start Plus™ feature enhances fuel atomization for easier cold-weather starting. The system is compatible with various power adders and bolt-on modifications. Advanced Fuel Dynamics offers two main configurations: the Standard Commander, ideal for stock or lightly modified vehicles without upgraded injectors or forced induction, and the Commander Pro, designed for high-performance builds featuring aftermarket forced induction (supercharger or turbo) or larger fuel injectors (600cc/60 lb/hr or bigger). The choice between a Standard or E-Sense sensor also depends on the fuel system's modification level, with the E-Sense offering higher flow capacity and fuel temperature monitoring for modified systems.
