Programmable ECU Module

The Hondata S300-V3 is an advanced programmable ECU module that fits inside compatible OBD1 Honda Engine Computers (ECUs), including P05, P06, PR4, P28, P30, P61, P72, and P75. This system significantly expands the capabilities of the factory ECU, offering superior tunability for various engine configurations, including forced induction setups. Key features of the S300V3 include built-in Bluetooth for wireless datalogging and programming via a laptop or mobile device, ethanol content sensor support, and faster datalogging speeds compared to previous versions. It boasts expanded fuel and ignition tables, supporting up to 60 lbs of boost and 11,000 RPM, along with launch control, anti-lag, and full-throttle shifting capabilities. The module also provides three multi-purpose outputs for nitrous control, dual tables for different octane calibrations, and two analog inputs for wideband O2 sensors or EGTs. Installation requires modification to the ECU, as the S300 uses different connecting pins and has a slot for its USB connector. It is designed to fit full-frame ECU cases (US and most markets) and will not fit JDM ECU cases; the Hondata S300J is required for JDM square case ECUs. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the complexity and risk of damaging the ECU. The S300 utilizes a high-speed USB connection for programming and datalogging, eliminating the need for separate USB/serial connectors. Real-time updates can be made to the ECU while the engine is running. Compatibility is limited to specific OBD1 USDM ECUs. If you have a JDM ECU, you will need the S300J model. Additionally, the ECU needs to be socketed for the S300 system to be installed. It is important to install the SManager software before plugging in the ECU.
