Programmable ECU System

The Hondata K-Pro4 is a sophisticated engine control unit (ECU) modification that transforms a standard Honda K-Series ECU into a powerful, fully programmable tuning solution. The system includes the KPro hardware, which is installed into a compatible Honda ECU, and the Windows-based KManager software for tuning and data logging. Key features of the K-Pro4 include extensive adjustability for fuel trims, ignition timing, rev limits, and other critical engine functions. It boasts a high RPM limit of 11,000 and can handle boost pressures up to 60 psi. The system also offers 8MB of onboard datalogging memory, capable of storing between 10 to 215 minutes of data. Bluetooth compatibility is supported, enabling wireless connection with the Hondata Mobile app for convenient monitoring and control. The K-Pro4 is compatible with a range of Honda ECUs, including PRB, PND, PNF, PRA, PRC, PRD, PPA, and PPL. For stock applications, it fits the 2002-2004 Acura RSX (Base and Type S), 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3), and 2002-2004 Honda CR-V (manual transmission). It is also extensively used for K-series engine swaps into any chassis. Customers have several options when purchasing the K-Pro4, including sending in their own ECU core for modification, or purchasing a unit with a pre-converted ECU core. Options include cores for manual K-swaps (PND Auto, PPA/PND/PNF 5-speed manual, or PRB 6-speed manual). It's important to note that lead times for conversions can be significant, typically 6-8 weeks, and all Hondata KPro sales are final due to the nature of tuning hardware.
