When a preset threshold is reached during acceleration, it automatically opens the butterfly valves to enhance exhaust flow and volume, thereby boosting power output. At lower throttle and RPMs, it allows for increased backpressure, which can improve engine torque and drivability. The kit facilitates a seamless installation, requiring only power and ground connections. It comes complete with a 444 MHz remote key fob, a vacuum solenoid, and a pre-wired harness. Advanced features include an on-board self-learning function for easily programming additional key fobs. For added engine protection, a failsafe mechanism ensures the valves remain open in the event of electrical or vacuum failure. Users can select from three distinct valve control modes to tailor their driving experience: Cruise Mode, where valves only open at higher exhaust pressures for a quieter ride; Sport Mode, which opens valves sooner under load for a more aggressive sound and performance; and Open Mode, keeping the valves fully open for maximum volume, ideal for track use. Drivers can also save their preferred default setting, eliminating the need to re-select modes after each startup.
