Progress Tech 1988 Honda Civic/CRX Coil-Over 3 System (FR 450lb / RR 450lb) use Factory Top Hat Only

The Progress Technology Coilover Series 3 (CS3 V2) is a suspension system designed for street performance, track days, autocross, and project cars. It features aggressive rebound damping with 12 linear rebound settings and a progressive foam bump stop design. OEM steel top hats are required for installation. The system offers a "sporty" ride on softer settings and can be adjusted for aggressive track use with firmer springs. Dampers have 12 settings, with significantly increased rebound compared to CS2 units. Compression has a modest increase. These damping rates have been successfully used on the track with spring rates up to 650 lbs/inch (front) and 800 lbs/inch (rear). Typical OEM spring rates for these applications are approximately 220 lbs/inch front and 110 lbs/inch rear.
