The 944 Series Ultra Touring shocks are designed to deliver a comfortable ride at a 1 in. lowered stance. Built around our latest proprietary patented FST technology, the Ultra Touring shocks utilize all the suspension travel provided by the full-length stock units but in a 1 in. lowered ride height. The unique Ultra Touring spring combination not only delivers a lowered ride height while its being ridden, but also while it's on the side stand. The 944 Ultra Touring shocks are available in 3 configurations: Standard Weight, Heavy-duty (250+ lbs.) and Super Heavy Duty (350+ lbs.).

MIA's Description

These shocks offer a comfortable ride with a 1-inch lowered stance due to Progressive's patented Frequency Sensing Technology (FST), which automatically adjusts damping. They provide full suspension travel at a reduced ride height. The unique spring maintains the lowered stance even on the side stand. The 944-4029UT is the Super Heavy Duty version, suitable for riders weighing 350+ lbs or for two-up riding with heavy loads. They feature hand-adjustable spring pre-load and a black/gold finish. All 944 Series shocks are hand-built, tuned, dyno-tested in the USA, and come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
