The Setrab ProLine STD oil cooler is a robust Series 6 unit featuring a 19-row, 235 matrix design for optimal heat dissipation. This oil cooler is built to handle demanding conditions, with a dynamic working pressure range of 0-10 bar and the capability to endure a minimum of 2x10^5 pulsations at 0-10 bar, 2 Hz, and 60 °C oil temperature. Its maximum pressure rating is 12 bar (for 1x10^4 pulsations), and it has a burst pressure of 37 bar. The cooler is pressure tested to a minimum of 10 bar and leak tested at 10 bar with a maximum flow of 3cc/min. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40 to 150 °C, users should note that temperatures above 120 °C require evaluation of pressure pulsations. The cooler's corrosion resistance is rated for 20 days according to SWAAT G 85-94 A3. It is designed with M22 female ports, which can be adapted to various systems using ProLine adapter fittings. The maximum connection tightening torque is 40 Nm. Allowed media for this cooler include oil and water mixtures containing a minimum of 40% glycol or corrosion inhibitors.
