The Setrab 50-919-7612 is a ProLine STD Extra Width oil cooler, designed for efficient fluid cooling in demanding applications. This unit features 19 rows and a total width of 405mm, with a core size of approximately 317mm width and 146mm height. Constructed from durable aluminum alloys, it is built to withstand rigorous conditions. Technical specifications include a working pressure of 0-10 bar(g) dynamic, with a pressure pulsation endurance rating of 200,000 cycles at 0-10 bar(g), 2 Hz, and 60°C oil temperature. The maximum operating pressure is 12 bar(g), and the burst pressure is 37 bar(g). Rigorous testing includes a pressure test of 10 bar(g) and a leak test at 4 bar(g). The cooler operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Corrosion resistance is rated for 20 days according to SWAAT G85-94 A3, and inner cleanliness is maintained to ISO 4406 16/14 standards. General dimensional tolerances adhere to ISO 2768-v. Installation considerations include a maximum connection tightening torque of 40 Nm. The connections are spaced 317mm apart, with hole centers at 385mm, and the overall height is 145.6 ±3 mm. The cooler is compatible with M22 female ports, which can be adapted to various sizes.
