ProRock 44/60 Axle-Set

The Dynatrac Serious Performance ProRock 44/60 Axle-Set is engineered for Jeep JK owners seeking robust and reliable off-road performance, particularly when utilizing 33- to 37-inch tires. This comprehensive package includes an assembled ProRock 44™ Unlimited front axle and a ProRock 60® semi-float rear axle, offering a significant upgrade in strength and durability over stock components. The ProRock 44™ Unlimited front axle boasts Dynatrac's patented ProRock® nodular-iron, high-pinion centersection with installed control arm bushings. It provides superior ground clearance compared to a factory Dana 30 and features 3-inch diameter, 1/2-inch wall tubing that is three times stronger than stock JK Dana 44 housings. The assembly includes U.S.-made, forged, double-heat-treated 1350 axleshaft assemblies with 4340 inner and outer shafts, Dynatrac HD BallJoints™, and an integrated raised track-bar and ram-assist steering mounting package. The housing geometry is optimized for superior handling and optimal pinion and driveshaft angles for lifted JKs, complemented by a rock-proof nodular-iron diff cover and professionally welded HD suspension brackets. The ProRock 60® Semi-Float Rear Axle features a Dynatrac-exclusive ProRock® nodular-iron, high-pinion centersection, offering best-in-class ground clearance. Its tubing is 3.125-inch diameter with a 0.313-inch wall, making it 2.5 times stronger than a stock JK Dana 44 rear housing. This axle incorporates Dynatrac's Dual-Sump High Volume™ (DSHV) oiling system for consistent lubrication of the outer pinion bearing. It includes U.S.-made, forged, 35-spline alloy-steel shafts, optimized high-pinion housing geometry for extended suspension travel, and a raised driveshaft height. A rock-proof nodular-iron diff cover and professionally welded HD suspension brackets are also included. Both axles can be configured with a choice of selectable lockers and gear sets (4.88, 5.13, or 5.38). Note that the ProRock 44™ assembly requires the reuse of the customer's original spindles, hubs, steering knuckles, and brakes. Similarly, the ProRock 60® rear axle assembly requires the reuse of the Jeep JK's original brakes. It is important to be aware that the new ram assist/steering stabilizer bracket on the ProRock 44™ is not compatible with Reid Racing knuckles; however, a substitution with a first-generation raised trackbar bracket is available upon request.
