ProRock 44 Front Axle Housing

The Dynatrac ProRock 44 front axle is designed as a direct replacement housing for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models, upgrading the factory Dana 44 to address common failure points when using larger tires or engaging in regular off-road use. It boasts superior strength and unmatched ground clearance. Key features include heavy-duty 3.0-inch diameter axle tubes with .313-inch wall thickness constructed from DOM tubing. The axle also comes with new upper suspension bushings and OE balljoints already installed. Forged end components are manufactured in the USA, and it includes a Dynatrac differential cover and laser-cut suspension brackets that are stronger than factory. This axle retains the Next-Gen JK 44 ring and pinion for enhanced durability over earlier designs. Dynatrac offers an exclusive no-fault, 12-month unlimited-mileage warranty. When configuring, users can choose a ProRock 44 housing. If the axle is for a factory Rubicon, the original electric locker will be re-used. Other configurations include a choice of new differential or locker, with the price covering the ring-and-pinion gearset, installation kit, and yoke for a fully assembled unit (knuckles and brakes from the factory axle are required). Additional options include a choice of Dynatrac Track Bar Bracket (standard or Unlimited, with the latter offering more caster for taller lifts). Note that the integrated ram-assist bracket is not compatible with Reid Racing knuckles; a substitute bracket is available upon request by calling Dynatrac. The integrated ram-assist/steering stabilizer bracket requires flipping the drag link.
