It is crafted from high-strength aerospace aluminum alloy rated at 70,000 psi, offering exceptional strength and a lightweight profile. The 7/8 inch diameter makes it compatible with various setups, ideal for mini or sport applications.

The handlebar features a cold-forged aluminum crossbar, CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and adhered with aerospace-grade polymer. Its finish includes shot peening, stress relief, and anodization for enhanced durability and resistance to wear. The clutch side has knurling for maximum grip adhesion, and the bar weighs approximately 1.8 lbs (820 g) without the pad.
