The Mann+Hummel ProVent 100 is a compact crankcase ventilation system engineered for engines with a power output of up to 100 kW. This system is designed to manage blow-by gases with a capacity of up to 100 liters per minute, ensuring efficient engine operation and reduced oil consumption. Key features of the ProVent 100 include its very compact design, making it suitable for installations where space is limited. It offers integrated pressure regulation for the crankcase, contributing to optimal performance. The element replacement process is facilitated by a tool-free, turn-lock mechanism with an integrated handle, which also prevents incorrect insertion. This system can be used in both open and closed crankcase ventilation (CCV) configurations, and two ProVent 100 units can be installed in parallel for increased capacity. A check valve for oil return is available and recommended for optimal performance.
