The Pulsar PSR 485D is a dual ceramic ball bearing turbocharger designed for high-performance applications. It features an 85mm curved point milled billet compressor wheel and a 102/91mm turbine wheel. This turbocharger is recommended for engines displacing 3.0-8.0L and has an HP rating of 750-1350.

Key components include a CNC machined bearing housing with a fin cooling design and extended tip technology on its billet compressor wheels. The turbine housing is a T6 Divided 1.32 A/R, with options for different A/R ratios and inlet types. It also includes a -12AN oil drain flange and gasket.

The Pulsar PSR 485D turbocharger is engineered for significant performance gains, featuring a dual ceramic ball bearing system for reduced friction and enhanced durability. Its 85mm curved point milled billet compressor wheel is designed with extended tip technology for improved airflow and efficiency. Constructed with a CNC machined bearing housing incorporating a fin cooling design, this turbo is built to withstand demanding conditions. The turbine side features a 102/91mm wheel, with options available for different A/R ratios (1.15, 1.32, 1.45, 1.58) and inlet types (T6 Open, T6 Divided). The compressor inlet is a 5.5” slip-fit, and the outlet is V-band. The turbine outlet is a 3/4 Marmon V-band. This turbocharger is recommended for engine displacements ranging from 3.0L to 8.0L and is rated to support 750-1350 HP. It includes a -12AN oil drain flange and a turbine inlet gasket in the box. Please note that hot engine shutdown is strictly prohibited to ensure longevity. Additional V-band flange and clamp kits are available separately.
