The Pulsar PSR 5862G is a dual ball bearing turbocharger with a stated HP rating of 770. It features a 9-blade G-Aero billet compressor wheel and a 9-blade G-Aero Inconel 713c turbine wheel. The turbo includes an anti-surge ported-shroud compressor inlet with an integrated speed sensor port.

The Pulsar PSR 5862G Dual Ball Bearing Turbocharger is engineered for high-performance applications, capable of supporting up to 770 horsepower. The turbo features a 9-blade G-Aero billet compressor wheel utilizing extended tapered tip technology for optimal airflow, paired with a 9-blade G-Aero Inconel 713c turbine wheel. For superior airflow management, it incorporates an anti-surge ported-shroud compressor inlet and cover that is integrated with a speed sensor port. Key specifications include a compressor wheel measuring 58x71mm and a turbine wheel of 68x62mm. The compressor inlet is designed for a 4” hose, with a 2” hose outlet. The turbine inlet is versatile, supporting T3/T4/V-Band configurations, and the turbine outlet is a 3” V-Band. This turbocharger is equipped with two M14 x 1.5 water ports for efficient cooling. The oil feed is a 7/16-24 UNF connection with a pre-installed -4AN restrictor, and it features a standard T3 oil drain. The unit comes complete with an inlet flange and clamp (DVB) and an outlet flange and clamp for installation.
