The Pulsar PSR3071 Gen2 is a compact, high-performance turbocharger featuring a dual ceramic ball bearing system for improved spool and longevity. It is equipped with an 8-blade Gen2 billet compressor wheel utilizing extended tapered tip technology and a durable Inconel 713c 10-blade turbine wheel. This unit includes a 3-inch inlet and 2-inch outlet, with V-band flange kits provided for the exhaust housing. Designed for a wide range of forced induction applications, this turbo is recommended for engines like the L-Series, RB25, and 1JZ looking to achieve between 250 and 500 horsepower. The manufacturer suggests matching the turbine housing to the build; for instance, the .63 A/R T3 housing is suited for stock to lightly modified L-Series engines, while the .82 A/R housing is recommended for engines with head work, cams, or larger displacement. Users can select from various turbine housing configurations, including T3, T4, and T25 options, or choose an internal gate setup.
