Overview

The Pulsar PSR3584 Gen3 is a turbocharger featuring a dual ceramic ball bearing system for enhanced performance and durability. It includes a 10-blade Gen2 billet compressor wheel and an Inconel 713c 10-blade turbine wheel designed for high horsepower applications. The cover is integrated with a speed sensor port, and V-band flange kits for the exhaust housing are included.

The Pulsar PSR3584 Gen3 turbocharger is engineered for high-performance applications, capable of supporting up to 1000 FWHP with a maximum airflow rate of approximately 90 lb/min. It utilizes a robust dual ceramic ball bearing system for improved spool response and longevity. The compressor features a 67*84mm billet wheel with Extended Tapered Tip Technology, while the turbine is a 74*66mm Inconel 713c 10-blade unit designed for high-flow capacity. This turbocharger offers versatile installation options with multiple turbine housing configurations available, including 0.83 and 1.01 A/R dual v-band, T3 (0.63, 0.82 V-Band outlet), and T4 (0.82 V-Band outlet). The compressor inlet accepts a 4.0” hose, and the outlet is 2.5” hose. The turbine inlet is compatible with T3, T4, or 2.5″ V-Band, and the outlet is a 3″ V-Band (3.55″OD). Oil feed is a -4 AN connection to an oil restrictor, and the oil drain uses a Standard T3 Flange. Water cooling is highly recommended for optimal durability. It has been noted that this turbocharger, with its larger turbine wheel for higher flow, has tested to produce nearly 50 horsepower more than previous models.
