Description

It is constructed with a silicone-impregnated fiberglass outer shell, a calcium magnesium silicate wool inner core secured with stainless steel wire mesh, stainless steel capstan rivets, and stainless steel wire fasteners. This blanket is rated for high temperatures, with an interior surface max temperature rating of 2012°F (1100°C) and a continuous use limit of 1832°F (1000°C). The exterior surface has a direct contact limit of 1000°F (538°C) and a radiant heat limit of 1700°F (927°C).
