Description

The PTP Turbo Blanket is a heat protection device designed for T6 turbocharger housings. It works by isolating the heat produced by the turbocharger to reduce turbo lag, lower intake air temperatures, and protect under-hood components. This can also lead to a boost in horsepower by improving turbocharger efficiency. The blanket is constructed with a silicone-impregnated fiberglass outer layer and insulated with high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, all wrapped in a durable stainless steel mesh.
