PTP Turbo Blankets Wastegate Blanket (TiAL V60) - Lava

The PTP Turbo Blankets Wastegate Blanket is a heat protection accessory designed for TiAL V60/V60D wastegates. It features an outer layer made from pulverized volcanic lava rock and is internally insulated with high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool. This blanket is rated for 1800°F direct heat and 2500°F radiant heat.

Constructed for durability with a high-temperature stainless steel mesh overlay, this blanket helps minimize heat soak transfer between the main body and actuator of the wastegate. This reduction in heat transfer can alleviate stress on the wastegate actuator diaphragm under extreme loads and temperature fluctuations. Installation hardware, including stainless steel springs and wire, is included.
